HireTrack Eclipse Training Options
Navigator Systems are able to offer two options for HireTrack Eclipse users:
A full-time two day course
This course is primarily aimed at end users, who will be trained to set up the system; creating quotes, checking equipment out, scheduling crew and transport and generating invoices.
The course is held at a purpose-built IT training centre. Each delegate has their own terminal to ensure that they get hands-on experience with the system and learn how to fully integrate it into their daily business practices.
Who is the course for?
The course will benefit beginners as well as more advanced users, who can take the opportunity to use it as a refresher course and get up to date with all the latest features.
Courses are scheduled when the demand from our current user-base is high enough to fill all or most of the available places in the class. They tend to take place three times a year in Spring, early Summer and Autumn.
How much?
Cost: *£550.00 plus VAT, per delegate.
A consultancy day at the users premises
Spend a day with one of the HireTrack Eclipse developers, working with you on site to solve your problems and help you to achieve your objectives.
Who is the course for?
This day is suitable for HireTrack Eclipse supervisors or administrators, (but not end users), who have a list of specific problems that need solutions and objectives that need achieving.
The developer will need to liaise with the user beforehand, to uncover all the details behind the general tasks and provide suggestions and strategies for achieving what is required.
This day is not for users who feel that they need training in HireTrack Eclipse or a full tour of the product. The developer will expect to be provided with a list of problems to solve rather than to instruct the user on how to use the programme.
How much?
Cost: *£600.00 per day plus travelling expenses (plus VAT where appropriate)
*VAT
The two day course is held in the UK, so VAT will be added.
The consultancy day can be held anywhere. VAT will only be added when applicable, but travelling expenses will be charged.
