First 90 days Free
All RentalDesk NX users have 90 days (from date of purchase) free technical support via the Navigator Systems technical support Help Desk and e-mail. If you also require telephone support, this can be provided for an additional payment. Please contact .
Support Subscriptions
After the first 90 days, technical support is available, via email and the support help desk, in a package that is tied to the number of licences that you own:

Data Back Up Service
This valuable service is available to all RentalDesk NX users.
Navigator Systems provides a data backup service. An off site backup helps you keep your RentalDesk NX data safe in the event of computer failure or it being stolen. As well as keeping current RentalDesk NX data safe, this backup service provides an archive of RentalDesk NX data.
Off-Site Backup Charges
Off site backup of RentalDesk NX data costs £100.00 as a one-off annual payment for customers with a current technical support contract or £150.00 for customer's with no support contract.

Advanced Reporting Technical Support
We can provide specialised technical support for working with the Advanced Report Designer within RentalDesk NX. This service is charged on a per incident basis at £20.00 per query. The user will need to contact and provide credit card details for payment before support will be given. This service is based purely on providing advice and does not include re-writing existing or new reports.
If you want written or customised reports, the technical support department can provide this service, which costs £75.00 per hour. The user will be advised in advance about the approximate cost they will be expected to pay.
