RentalDesk NX Family
RentalDesk NX is available in three versions, with several support options:

RentalDesk NX StartUp
This version is completely free of charge and fully featured except for the following limitations:
- A maximum of 40 types of equipment can be entered in to RentalDesk NX StartUp.
- A maximum of 100 customers can be entered into RentalDesk NX StartUp.
- Print-outs cannot be changed. The built-in tool for editing print-outs is fully functional, but changes made to print-out templates cannot be saved.
The RentalDesk NX StartUp package allows you to trial the product while using it in a real world situation. It will not time out after any trial period and if you are able to work within its constraints then it's yours, free of charge, forever!
However, we feel sure that you will soon want to fully commit to using the product as a mission-critical business tool and remove any restrictions on how far you can take it.
At that point you can purchase a licence online, and get 20% discount if this is within two weeks of downloading the free version.
RentalDesk NX Single User
A single user version is priced at £249.00 and can be upgraded to the multi user version at any time. This can be done for up to five users by paying the difference in price. This version has none of the limitations of the Startup package.
RentalDesk NX Multi User
The multi user versions are available for between two and five users. They can be upgraded at any time to add more users, up to a maximum of five, by paying the difference in price
