- Almost anything can be stored as part of a job such as CAD drawings and spreadsheets using OLE technology.
- Email can be sent in many formats, such as PDF, from any HireTrack Eclipse printout via Outlook, MAPI or the internal SMTP server. Incoming email can be stored within HireTrack Eclipse.
- Crewing costs support user defined schemes or can be scripted to give complete flexibility to cope with working day lengths and overtime options.
- Transport costs can be defined for known journeys.
