Multisite Operation
HireTrack Eclipse allows sites to share a common equipment pool.
The rental program's multi-site facilities allow up to 16 sites to inter trade and share a common equipment pool.
- Retain individual control at each site and keep individual customers and accounts.
- Enter the time taken to travel between sites.
- Use the 'permission system' to enable equipment to be 'borrowed' for one job only or longer term.
- 'Super Users' can access all site data for overall group control.
The multi-site functionality is embedded throughout the program. For instance, on an equipment list you can see the availability of equipment at other sites in the group and automatically request equipment from another site from the same list.
